The railway wouldn’t survive without our volunteers!
From driving a train to gardening, from repairing an engine to being a uniformed Station Master, there’s a role to suit everyone’s interest. One hour a week or every day – the choice is yours.
Unfortunately we can’t have children and young people volunteering (yet!). However there’s no maximum age limit.
Simply turn up and have a chat with our Railway Manager, Andy Prior. The best days are on Wednesdays, Thursdays or Fridays.
