The Timpdon Steam Rail Motor takes inspiration from the GWR Rail Motors of 1903 onwards. Although we don’t think there were any specific narrow-gauge prototypes in the UK, there were several versions abroad.
To us, it looks like something that could’ve saved the Lynton & Barnstable Railway.

Steam Rail Motor Trailing Unit
The trailing unit is not powered.
It has a cab at just one end and is designed to go behind the powered Steam Rail Motor.
